BGMD filter reactor
 

Increasing power electronic devices will result in more and more serious harmonic distortion in electrical system and capacitor device failure. More and more power consumers needs to install the detuning capacitor system.

 

The detuning capacitor system can improve the power factor and prevent harmonic current and voltage amplification caused by capacitance and inductance resonance in the electrical system. A suitable reactor is installed in the power capacitor system generally to constitute a resonance circuit with the resonant frequency less than the system lowest harmonic (generally the fifth harmonic). If appropriate reactor parameters are selected, this circuit can be considered to be inductive at all frequencies higher than this resonant frequency, so as to reduce the possibility of dangerous resonance before generation of inductance between the capacitor and the system.

 

It is composed of quality skeleton and copper wire and the pollution-free low-benzene resin is soaked in vacuum after drying. Such resin can ensure high voltage resistance and low noise of the reactor and has long service life. The integrated thermal control switch (125℃ reversible action) can execute external monitoring or can cut off the reactor in case of inadmissible heat accumulation.
